Deepak Chopra Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach, Certified Strength Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, Fitness Over Fifty Specialist, Pilates Instructor, Nutrition Educator, Meditation Leader and Registered Yoga Teacher. Formerly an instructor at the Cooper Aerobics Center, Tom Landry Fitness Center and Telos Performance Center in Dallas, I bring a breadth of knowledge and experience to assist just about anyone. Currently, i teach at Sun City in Georgetown, Texas and online. I published my book Zenergy: Mind-Body-Spirit.
