Quickly following her initial yoga class, Kim instantly became a loyal student of the practice.
Thanks to the infusion of yoga she has tapped her internal space to discover blissful peace and joy. Centering, grounding, balance and the ability to quiet the mind are powerful assets provided through yoga practice. As an avid enthusiast of the practice she completed the RYT200 program in 2017 at Darling Yoga Studios, Overland Park, Kansas. As a life-long equestrian she will guide you through a variety of yoga classes that blend breath, movement, deep-stretching and mindful-meditation. Her classes are developed for beginners, those who quest to learn more about the practice, and those who seek to just learn more about stopping to take a breath. She specializes in Gentle, Basic, Flow, Restorative and Relaxation classes that fulfill the importance of stretching and quieting the mind. You’ll leave her classes feeling a fresh reboot and maybe even a few inches taller. “It is Yoga Practice … Not Yoga Perfect” All are welcome and encouraged to participate.
