I have a rescue dog named Ranger that is my best friend and adventure buddy. I started practicing yoga in High School and finally decided to complete YTT after ten years of thinking about it. I am so grateful for the journey and personal growth from the experience. I am looking forward to helping others connect to themselves and others around them through practice!
