Ive been teaching Intermediate beginner and chair yoga at the YMCA for over a decade and just finished up my hr / Over the years Ive also taught private lessons and taught workshops for developmentally disabled college students and college instructors where I teach ways to utilize yoga to improve everyday life My goal isnt to be featured on the cover of Yoga Journal or to do the perfect arm balance; I want to help my students/clients take yoga off the mat and incorporate it into their everyday life I believe yoga is useful for any- and everyone.
