Ive been practicing yoga since and teaching since with over hours of training in Vinyasa Yin Restorative and Kundalini yoga Ive had the honor of studying with inspiring teachers including Harijiwan Ana Brett Ravi Singh and Cyndi Lee—each of whom has influenced my teaching and practice in unique ways My classes are rooted in presence breath and alignment and often feature creative intentional flows that support both physical vitality and inner awareness I aim to offer a space where students can move mindfully connect deeply and experience the transformative power of the practice Outside the studio I teach high school and enjoy hiking walking my dog and spending time with my family and friends.
