I have been teaching in Y's since 1998. My first experience with yoga was in Oil City, PA in 1975. I continued to study different styles of yoga from Kundalini to Iyengar. Most of my teacher certifications have been with Joseph LePage in Integrative Yoga which adapts all aspects of yoga to an individual's needs and life stage. Memorable moments when yoga became my lifeline were the aftermath of 9-11, the death of my husband and the covid 19 pandemic.
