I am a Registered Yoga Teacher-200 and completed my training at Truly Yoga studio in Newark, Delaware.
I recently completed a 20 hour Yin Yoga Certification training course and am certified in Yin. I am also a practicing RN licensed in 20 states, and am BLS certified. I approach yoga as an eight limbed practice, with all limbs equally balanced in importance. I maintain a disciplined practice, or abhyasa in sanskrit, in my home studio where I also teach. I strive to live my life according to yogic philosophy and see all people as equal. I am on a lifetime journey of svadhyaya and isvara pranidhama (self-study and surrender to a higher power). Yoga has been a transformative experience for me and I would love to share this beautiful practice with you. Yoga can balance your heart/mind, strengthen your body, and provide serenity that you never dreamed possible. It will change your life!
