Having received my RYT from Yogaful Day Shala in Athens Georgia and my RYT from My Vinyasa Practice and nearly a decade of teaching experience I primarily teach private classes in the Milledgeville Baldwin County area In January I opened a small studio where I also teach and have two other teachers on the roster We offer a variety of classes and workshops from yin to vinyasa I enjoy teaching Hatha Vinyasa and restorative yoga sessions helping clients focus on becoming more in tune with their bodies and minds I also enjoy sharing my passion for yoga with gentle flow sessions with beginners and helping more advanced students maximize their practice through powerful vinyasas My business Soul Rebellion Yoga aims to meet you exactly where you are to help you grow and tune in to your natural way - welcome home to yourself.
