Welcome! I'm Mariah a trauma-informed 200 hr E-RYT (500 hrs of YTT) & 95 hr RCYT.
I'm the owner and lead instructor of Yoga, Reiki & Healing LLC where I teach one on ones or intimate groups of friends. Since Nov. '21 I've donated 173 hours of kids yoga to our local schools in the Billings area. I am currently setting up continued education course to launch in 2024.
