Namaste, my name is Solaya and I have a passion for conscious evolution.
I am an intuitive and my classes are adapted by who shows up. Regardless of your level of yoga practice you will find something worth your while by practicing I love to teach various style of yoga. Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin. Regardless of style, we return to the breath, to the awareness of the present moment. I have been a certified Yoga Teacher since 2014 and have love every moment of it as a teacher and also as a student. I have 1000+ hours of teaching various modality. I am always open and willing to learn something new everything and release the old. I call my classes: Spirit Yoga where you let your Soul lead you!
