Marilyn Firchow became a RYT in Marilyn trained at Yoga Garden and became certified in Vinyasa Flow Yoga In Marilyn became a certified Yin Teacher after having trained with Corina Benner Marilyn has taught Vinyasa Flow Still Gentle All Levels Yin Chair Yin/Vin Basics Beginner Series and also teaches private yoga lessons Marilyn is currently teaching Still Yin Chair and private lessons Marilyn found that the mind body breath connection in yoga helped her to become more compassionate with herself as well as others and increased her ability to stay focused and be present The joy and calm that started to flow into her life was the incentive to train as a teacher and this allowed her to spread the joy of yoga.
