My yoga practice started during a traumatic transition in my life I found yoga as a much needed mental and emotional release but stayed because of the mind-body connection it created in me Throughout my life I have struggled with chronic pain depression and anxiety and this practice has shifted my life in such a beautiful way the only thing I could do was follow this path to teaching in order to support others in their own personal discovery of yoga-not just the asanas physical poses but the deeper meaning behind the practice yogic philosophy as a way of life My classes are based primarily in vinyasa style however I also have trained in pelvic floor and core integration somatic yoga and proprioceptive physical movement I am also a LCSW with training in trauma-focused work so trauma sensitivity is built into every class  Thank you for reading my journey I hope to connect with you on yours Namaste.
