I boarded a plane and flew to India for the first time in to complete my hour training at Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh. I studied absorbed and put into practice to the best of my ability the information I had been taught. I thought I would never go back but then something told me it was time to return; therefore, I returned to complete my 300 hour training at Rishikesh Yogpeeth Abhayaranya Yoga Ashram. Prior to to those certifications I completed the hour Advanced Chair Yoga Teacher Training Program through Yoga Vista Academy a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider YACEP and Yoga Underground. All of my combined studies allowed me to complete the Training Program in Yoga recognized by the HNB Garhwal University Department of Naturopathy and Yoga, Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India.I never set out to become an instructor. My goal was simply to learn for my own understanding; however opportunities opened for me. Looking forward with excitement I set aside my fear to share what I learned with others. I continue to learn and share this with each of you.
