She is a technologist, artist, and single mother of two wonderful children. Her classes integrate the physical alignment of vinyasa flow, chakra energy, and a spirit of playfulness. Her goal is to have students step off the mat refreshed, nourished and balanced.Mary is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).Mary Is a certified Sound Healer ( 2024) and uses Quartz Crystal Bowls. Yoga Traction Wall trained and taught regularly. Mary received her Chair Yoga Certification and has been bringing renewed mobility, flexibility and energy to recent surgery patients and students with mobility issues.
