Nicole Baumann is an E-RYT 500 and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) through The Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She completed her 200 Hour and 300 Hour trainings with The Yoga Lab in Bend, Oregon. She completed Yoga Medicine's Traditional Chinese Medicine Yoga Teacher Training and weaves the application of TCM into her offerings. Her classes are grounded in a blend of thoughtful sequencing, clear instruction, lovingly-crafted playlists, and elements inspired by the traditional teachings of yoga. She currently offers public classes at Tula Movement Arts in Bend and leads yoga for Embark Co-Working Community, the headquarters of Ruffwear. She also teaches private group classes for conferences, special events and bridal parties in Central Oregon. Nicole was the studio manager (2014-2018) and taught public classes at (2014-2022) at The Yoga Lab in Bend until its closure. She was a guest instructor at The Yoga Lab's 200 HR teacher training for arm balances and inversions (2019). She guided chair yoga classes for seniors at Stone Lodge Retirement Community and found tremendous fulfillment in working with this population for over six years. In 2019, she co-founded and and co-led the Nature & Nurture Yoga Retreat on the Oregon Coast. Her greatest joy is to weave her passion for live music and yoga together by leading classes/workshops at festivals. She has led morning classes at 4 Peaks Music Festival in Bend since 2017. She was a yoga workshop presenter at the Cascade Equinox Festival in Redmond (2023 & 2024). She was an instructor at the Northwest String Summit in Portland (2019) and the Bend Roots Revival Music Festival (2018 & 2019).
