By day, I'm a Software Quality Engineer in the EdTech industry. But when the office chair tightens me up, I find my refuge in the fluid world of Vinyasa Flow. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a 200-hour graduate from the Down Under School of Yoga, I specialize in crafting classes where relaxation and intensity effortlessly coexist. In my sessions, I artfully weave mindfulness and pranayama, emphasizing the profound connection between breath and movement. Beyond the studio, I'm actively involved in organizing yoga workshops and events, fostering a sense of community and exploration. Born in Ukraine and raised in Israel, I've called Boston home since 2015, infusing a multicultural touch into my teachings. Fluent in both English and Hebrew, I bring a diverse perspective to the mat. In my free time, I express my creativity through macramé art.
