She was trained in Dubuque, Iowa through Challenge to Change RYS. She has been actively teaching since 2020, and has since moved to Boulder, Colorado. There, she teaches many vinyasa classes and some kids classes. She is passionate about creating a space where students can connect to themselves on a deeper level, and drop deep into their body.
