I enjoy teaching Yoga in a way that provides a quiet space for my students to focus on mindfulness of their breathe and body. I love providing space for a person to step out of their everyday rush and have a small amount of time to simply be a person without anything to do or anywhere to go, just to be:) My classes are usually one hour and we practice a gentle slow flow.
