I've always been active ever since I was little, being involved in almost every sport I could ever think of.
I entered the realm of yoga from 2011, just to give it a try and see how it was. Immediately, I fell in love with the idea of how true the body and mind connection was. When I heard my calling for teacher training, I initially went into the program to deepen my practice but along with the journey came this yearning to teach others the wonderful benefits yoga provides. So with that, came my desire to teach!
