Pepita began her yogic journey back in the early s when she experienced her first yoga class in the college physical education department Ever since then she was hooked on the feeling she had when she came out of savasana! She continued her journey as she moved from Los Angeles California to Dayton Ohio in September She frequented local yoga studios and toyed with the idea of learning how to teach yoga That notion never went away and in January she embarked on the next leg of her journey: Yoga Teacher Training under the tutelage of Jessica Carter Hardisky of The Yoga Loft Dayton She completed her RYT- training in June Pepitas style of teaching incorporates the spiritual and emotional applications of yoga as well as the physical She makes yoga accessible to everyone and is sensitive to the individual needs of her students by tailoring her teachings towards the individuals as well as the class "When the minds silence begins the souls silence ceases" --Author Unknown.
