Rachel enjoys sharing the inspiration and renewal she finds through yoga and meditation.
Through her practice, Rachel discovered how breath, core strength, and proper alignment could help heal chronic knee and back injuries. Drawing from her background in education and outreach, and personal interest in holistic health, her approach to teaching yoga also focuses on building individual awareness of the connection between body, mind, and spirit to cultivate enlightened compassionate action in the world. Rachel received her RYT in 2011 and has completed additional CEU trainings including Baptiste Level 1 and Art of Assisting teacher training as well as prenatal yoga teacher training.
