I began practicing yoga years ago during my first pregnancy I became so pleased with the way the practice changed my mind and body I practiced more regularly postpartum I have explored many different paths of yoga It has been a blessing to travel and meet different yogis and how they make yoga a part of their lifestyle I received my training on the big island of Hawaii I embraced a full immersion in yogic bliss under Shambhava yoga lineage training Yoga has taken several different expressions along my lifes journey and I look forward to the future while I enjoy the present!.
