Rebecca came to yoga following a car accident.
As much as she needed to find healing for her body it was the healing she found for her mind and spirit that she didn’t know she needed and kept her coming back. She believes that although we cant always go back to the body we had before, we can find wholeness and contentment in the body that we have today. In Rebecca’s classes she focuses on guiding yogis to honor themselves right where they are in this moment. Offering variations and options within each class that empower one to find what their body wants in this moment. Creating a choose your own adventure experience, that can be as gentle or as challenging as feels good to you. She loves the use of props to encourage accessibility, increase challenge, or deepen relaxation and release. Rebecca is a 500hr RYT and focuses much of her ongoing yogic studies on anatomy, injuries and contraindications.
