She works with adults, including seniors, as well as teens including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She loves working with those who are new to Yoga and are interested in learning Yoga as a tool to reduce stress, decrease bodily tension and create peace in their lives. Her style is best described as gentle, intuitive, nurturing, and empowering. She works with organizations, schools and privately with clients on-site, online and in-home. She teaches weekly online public classes.She has brought yoga to a variety of organizations including Franklin College, IU Indianapolis, SAFY faster care agency and the Greenwood public library.Yoga changed her life and health and it is her mission to help students connect with their bodies and calm their minds so they can take the benefits of the practice off the mat and be in harmony with themselves, their families and the greater community.
