With over 10 years of Yoga certifications, part-time teaching experience and 30 years in corporate Account Manager and Client/Customer Success roles, Renee blends professional insight with holistic wellness. A proud mom of two and a community connector, she inspires others to find their inner spark by listening deeply to their bodies and embracing calm through yoga and meditation. Renee volunteers as a yoga teacher with Immigrant Women Services Ottawa and has led mindfulness and movement practices for youth soccer teams. She also coordinated a Wellness Wednesday series with her peers for the Kanata North Business Association, offering a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional health. Renee’s vision is to guide others to breathe deeply, open new doors, and embrace the adventures that await on their wellness journey.
