Sabine's yoga journey began in August 2016.
Attending gradually more classes, she developed a deep love and appreciation for yoga and how it can improve both physical and emotional health, assisting her own long-term recovery from Cancer and the associated treatments. She became certified at the 200-hour yogaspirit® level by Whitman Wellness Center and is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200). Her Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki Ryoho certification for both Reiki I and Reiki II followed in 2021. Sabine trained and certified as Oncology Yoga teacher in July 2021 and expanded her yoga4cancer training in 2023, to pay forward and provide the knowledge, scientific facts, and solutions to assist and address the specific needs of the cancer community, understanding the unique physical and emotional needs and challenges of those touched by cancer.In 2024 she added her certification at the 300-hour level by YogaRenew (RYT 500) and her Yin Yoga certification in 2025.Her teaching style is intended for you to identify your own personal benefits through the gift of yoga. Working together with breath and her Reiki teachings to achieve a safe, informative and joyful environment for well-being.
