I had practiced yoga for many years and loved it so much that I wanted to learn more about the practice and the teachings of Yoga My yoga practice has now grown into a passion to guide and teach others in order to help them further develop their mind/body/spiritual connection Many students start out wanting to stretch and become more flexible and then within their journey discover the deeper beauty of discovering more of themselves through continual practice like I did It is my goal to help each student accomplish what they want to and to become their best selves on and off the matt.
