Sarah Daley is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
She is Co-Owner of Camino Yoga Retreats where she guides transformational retreats along the Camino de Santiago in Spain, integrating yoga, mindfulness and walking. Her approach blends daily yoga and meditation with mindful movement helping participants deepen self-awareness and connect more fully to themselves and their journey.When not in Spain, Sarah teaches with GraceYoga at both the Barnstaable County House of Correction and locally in Falmouth. She also leads yoga programs for Heroes In Transition, a non-profit that offers programs to Veterans, service members and their families. Her classes include breathwork, mindful movement and meditation. She also incorportates sound bath, poetry and inspirational readings into each practice.
