Sarah Miller is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS At this time I teach Hatha based classes focused on core strength and increasing flexibility I always include a breathing component to shift the mind from a thinking mode to a present mode I try to strike a balance between challenging students to push their physical boundaries and also feeling ease in their practice I believe it is healthy to encourage growth in the practice but also reserve space for recovery emotionally and physically.
