Sarah TV Russell began teaching yoga in 2004 after first studying with Sri ShambavAnanda at the El Dorado Yoga Mountain Ashram, began assisting yoga teacher trainings in 2008, then developed her own trainings in 2010, which she continues to expand and evolve with online programming.

She teaches intelligently sequenced peak vinyasa with influences from the likes of Shiva Rea, Les Leventhal, and Tias Little. She is a level two reiki practitioner, business coach and functional fitness trainer with two decades of experience in the yoga & wellness industry. Her greatest passion is expanding a teacher's toolbox and helping others achieve their dreams through the LEAP Method, an East meets West approach to somatic repatterining and creating healthy habits. Sarah is known for her candid and fun style of teaching and it shines through in her co-hosted comedy yoga podcast, Namaste & Rosé. She leads adventure retreats and yoga teacher trainings worldwide through her travel company, Paddle Pedal Practice.
