Her greatest passion is expanding a teacher's toolbox and helping others achieve their dreams through the LEAP Method, an East meets West approach to somatic repatterining and creating healthy habits. Sarah is known for her candid and fun style of teaching and it shines through in her co-hosted comedy yoga podcast, Namaste & Rosé. She leads adventure retreats and yoga teacher trainings worldwide through her travel company, Paddle Pedal Practice.
