Sharon took her first yoga class as an undergrad at the University of Montana in the mid-s and that experience marked the beginning of her yoga journey Although born and raised in Chicago Sharon has spent much of her adult life living learning and teaching in a variety of settings and locations throughout the country and abroad Her formal education led to an MS in Curriculum & Instruction from Penn State University After considering the possibility for many years Sharon completed her yoga teacher training early in -- blending her experience and passion for yoga with her experience and passion for teaching She currently focuses her continuing education and teaching on gentle yoga practices for healthy aging.
