Shawn is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.
(RYS) JM Yoga School. He currently holds a RYT500 certification. Shawn's learnings are primarily based on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the eight limbs of yoga. He also holds certifications in Yin as well as chair yoga. Shawn is trained in all levels of Vinyasa style Yoga as well as longer hold asanas for Yin and meditations. Shawn believes Yoga is about the Mind/Body/Spirit connection. He feels that Yoga is for everyone and should be taught with compassion for all levels.
