Sheri Kosh -E RYT 500 Beach to Peak Yoga Sheri first discovered yoga to recover from injury .
She teaches Strong Hatha Flow, Gentle, Yin, and Restorative styles of yoga. She believes there is a yoga class for everyone and it's a matter of finding the right yoga for you. In addition to being registered with the yoga alliance at the RYT 500 Level, Sheri has completed 100 hours of advanced training in The Art of Teaching Yoga for Health and Balance: Deeper Physical and Psychological Strategies from the acclaimed Himalayan Institute. She also has advanced certifications in restorative and Yin styles of Yoga. She received her RYT-500 certification through the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. This includes 300 hours of Advanced Pranayama(breathing), Meditation, Advanced Asana (postures), teaching special populations (pre-natal, teenagers, seniors, structural/back issues, trauma), and uniting yoga and Ayurveda. She thanks and honor each of her teachers individually and collectively for their wisdom and generosity.
