Hi, I’m Silvana! As a language teacher and immigrant, I bring a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusivity into my yoga practice.
My classes are a welcoming space for everyone, where we celebrate each person’s unique journey. With a background in Vinyasa and Hatha, I focus on mindful, grounding movement that connects body and soul. Beyond yoga, I’m a nature enthusiast, and proud human plant and cat mother. You’ll find me with a book in hand, exploring new wellness ideas, or soaking up the outdoors with my daughter. I believe in creating a space that feels like home for everyone who joins, where community and self-discovery come together.
