My yoga journey began in India where I completed my 200 HR RYT certification grounding me in the traditional roots of yoga .I later advanced my training with a 500HR RYT certification deepening my understanding of anatomy philosophy and the holistic approach of yoga .In addition I also hold a Meditation Teacher Training Certificate which allows me to guide students through breath-centered meditation techniques mindfulness practices and mental stillness—bringing balance to both body and mind. I also hold a Sound Therapy certification from Rishikesh, the yoga capital of India. My teaching style blends Vinyasa flow Hatha yoga and meditation ensuring a supportive space where all levels feel welcome .Whether you are beginning your practice or seeking to go deeper, I aim to create classes that are both grounding and uplifting .
