I am known as the "professional hippie" Yogini Shakti and am a RYS certified Meditation Teacher and certified Mindfulness Coach pursuing my E-RYT hour master training and Yoga Therapist I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and have taught every age level ability ambition and style there is! Outside of yoga I am a spiritual kinesiologist and teach at SUNY Cortland while pursing my Doctorate of Philosophy in Kinesiology from Concordia St Paul emphasizing metaphysics with a heavy focus on yogic science I am extremely passionate about expression happiness and love through yoga and welcome all students with an open heart I am the founder and owner of Intuition Healing Arts a company born of my innate desire to spread wellness and peace to all that I can and offer yoga meditation mindfulness coaching Ayurvedic nutrition reiki psychic readings and more My blossoming Ashtanga Vinyasa school Firebird Yoga is formed on the idea that we continually recreate ourselves and rise from the ashes of who we used to be You can also find the Earthsong Boutique a collection of stones crystals healing jewelry ritual tools and yoga/hippie apparel all made sustainably!
