Staci received her RYT 200 hour teaching certificate in 2009 and immediately began teaching prenatal yoga at Avenues Yoga in Salt Lake City, while she was pregnant with her second child.
A few months later, Staci was invited to add a Sunday evening 90 minute Yin/Yang class to her schedule which inspired her to attend Biff Mithoefer's Yin Yoga Teacher Training at the beautiful Nosara Institute in Costa Rica. Staci has been a student of yoga since 1999, after a dear friend recommended she attend a class in efforts to help her recover from a traumatic event a few months earlier. Staci's journey has taken her to India where she fell in love with Bhakti yoga, and Hindu Mythology. Staci has traveled to several destinations both National and International ,attended 4 National Yoga conferences in Estes Park, CO, and numerous workshops where she has had the privilege of receiving instruction and insight from the world/s most Beloved and Internationally recognized teachers. Staci holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Jane Addams school of social work and integrates yoga workshops and individual sessions for those seeking a dynamic, whole-bodied experience on their sacred path to joy.
