My name is Stephanie Siciliano; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, and certified in The Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, Sand Play Therapy and EMDR. I provide counseling, trauma informed yoga, sand play, and EMDR to adults, children, and families. I have served the community for 15 years; specializing in trauma and its effect on the human spirit and well being. I started my yoga teaching journey in a beautiful studio, offering vinyasa in group classes. I currently offer trauma conscious yoga to both individuals and groups. I am passionate about promoting safety, inclusivity, and healing in the yoga community.
