She is committed to helping individuals and groups transcend addiction and anxiety in order to live a truly happy, healthy, and radiant life. Susy earned a double degree in East Asian Studies and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She is a Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master. and has studied many forms of meditation and mindfulness including Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and the art of Sound Healing. Susy blends her diverse wealth of knowledge into each of her classes, offering a relaxing and heart opening experience that incorporates elements of , vinyasa, restorative, kundalini, and sound meditation.
