Tabatha was a trained professional modern dancer on the east coast for many years, but fell in love with yoga on the west coast in 2007. Tabatha believes in and strives to support the amazingly strong power inside of every individual. Her intention is to create a space for students to empower themselves to find the strength and freedom on their mat that powerfully transforms daily life. Her classes are imaginative, intensely fun, challenging, and uplifting. She has a passion for arm-balances/inversions which she regularly offers and welcomes in her classes; she believes that our obstacles are our greatest blessings. Tabatha is also a mother, artist, photographer, kayaker & snowboarder.
