I am an enthusiastic and dedicated bilingual yoga teacher with over 17 years of experience practicing yoga and over five years’ experience teaching and guiding students toward greater health through the practice of yoga.
I am a firm believer in the transformative power of yoga to bring positive change in our lives. Through consistent practice, we cannot only improve our physical health but also cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness and inner peace. My goal as a teacher is to empower my students to find their own path to wellness and self-discovery and encourage students to make the practice their own. Apart from my knowledge and experience in Yoga, I have a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Certification in Media and Technology from Harvard University. I have been working in Higher Education for almost 24 years which greatly complement my yoga teaching practices. I enjoy taking yoga classes with other teachers because there is always something new to learn. And among other activities I really enjoy going to the beach, walking, gardening, reading, and dancing.
