Yoga has been part of my life since 1993.

My first formal training program was through The Yoga Center of Columbia, where I earned a 200 RYT status, eventually putting in the teaching hours to earn an ERYT status. Following that I entered a 700 hour Advanced Teacher Training program at Surya Chandra Yoga School. Since then I have earned a 500 ERYT status from YA. I have studied with numerous teachers at the national and local level and continue my education whenever I can which has expanded into certifications in Aerial Yoga and SUP yoga. I am also a qualified Reiki Level II and ReikiSound​TM practitioner. Currently recognized as a YACEP, I have designed an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program and I'm happy to travel to your studio to train new teachers. This training follows the guidelines for earning CEC's with YA. As a breast cancer survivor since 2005, I enjoy working with fellow survivors and offer workshops on how yoga, meditation and sound can help the recovery process. I offer a variety of classes from gentle to advanced and consider each students needs to shape a well rounded practice that promotes an overall sense of well being.
