Guiding yogis into meditation through lingering asanas, core strengthening and smooth vinyasa flow is a satisfying physical reward of my yoga instruction.
As I take yogis through their practice I nurture my students in becoming consumed inside their own body while they are on the mat and take with them mindful peace and positivity off the mat and into their daily lives. We explore yoga philosophy and study the 8 limbs of yoga, nurturing mindfulness and peacefulness in our lives. We practice calling in love and acceptance throughout our time on the mat and hold on to it to share as we go into day-to-day challenges. Yoga~ Me Workshop I offer this workshop to yogi's as a means to express love and study of self awareness. This workshop is a collaboration that culminates in an artistic exhibit of beautiful, expressive images through portrait photographs of the participants accompanied by creative written statements.
