Theresa Hansen is an E-Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Theresa previously owned and operated a small studio in Downtown Cheyenne, WY. This studio was open for 12 years. Following COVID the studio members never really made it back to their consistent practice in the studio. The studio closed at the end of November. Theresa now focuses her energies on her many events at local businesses around Cheyenne. Theresa recently started teaching BUTI Yoga at The Wellness Collective located in Downtown Cheyenne, WY. Theresa teaches Vinyasa Flow with an eye on Alignment, but she also likes to guide her students into the playful side of yoga with upbeat music. It is not all fun and games, Theresa's daily themes guide each student through a journey of discovery of themselves on the mat and how it impacts them off the mat. Theresa is also a Registered EBT Facilitator, BUTI Yoga instructor, Anjali Restorative Instructor and Rainbow Kids Yoga Instructor. When Theresa is not on the mat you can find her golfing, hiking, riding her tandem bike with her husband and walking her dog Bodhi.
