I found yoga in 2008.
In 2011, I completed her 200 hour training in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga through 3B Yoga New Mexico. Thank you, Wendy Kiess, and the 3B yoga family!! I cannot imagine my life without yoga or without teaching. The energy my students give in each class is amazing, I learn so much from each of them! I am fortunate to have found Studio B Yoga now that I am back home in Iowa!
