As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist I am passionate about helping others on their journey to wellness.
I began studying meditation 12 years ago, began practicing Hatha yoga in 2009 and completed my 200 Hour teacher training in 2012. My passion for sharing yoga with others comes from the knowledge that yoga has the potential to transform us from the inside out. By creating a union between mind, body and breath, yoga establishes the welcoming path that leads us home to ourselves. I feel truly blessed to be on this journey and look forward to meeting you as I travel this path.
