About

I have enjoyed practicing and teaching yoga since 1997, it has provided many wonderful opportunities for deep study and experience.

I attained my advanced teacher training in NYC from Sri Dharma Mittra in Hatha Raja Yoga. I am grateful to continue broadening my practice in many yoga and wisdom traditions and their modern day relevance for well being and connection. My intention is to provide a soft landing space to support others on their yoga journey and valuing compassion as a motivating force for love, inclusion and justice. I have three amazing adult kids, John, Anna and Grace and two adorable maine coon cats, Clifford and Cleo.
