Im a yoga teacher RYT- and wellness coach with a passion for helping others transform their lives through the power of yoga and personal development My journey into yoga and wellness began over a decade ago and since then Ive been deeply immersed in exploring how our bodies play a pivotal role in our personal growth and transformation I believe in practical solutions that empower individuals to understand the "why" behind their yoga practice Whether its explaining the purpose of specific poses sharing time-tested breath practices for energy and relaxation or offering insights to improve relationships my goal is to provide you with tools that you can apply both on and off the mat Why do I do this work? Because Ive experienced firsthand the profound impact it can have on ones life Like many Ive undergone a transformative journey that has changed how I perceive and navigate the world As Wayne Dyer said "When we change the way we look at things the things we look at change" I offer a range of services including yoga classes both in person in Merrill WI and online private yoga sessions and coaching for individuals couples and corporate teams.
