Jane has recently retired after a successful -year career as a corporate financial executive She is pleased that she now has the time to pursue her passion of helping others to achieve holistic health and happiness Jane believes the best way to help others achieve this is through uniting the body mind and spirit which we know is the role of yoga Therefore she has chosen Yoga has her channel to help lead others to better health In August she received her RYT designation Jane also loves to run play golf and paddleboard Her love of these sports leads her to focus on a strong core as that improves performance in all three of these sports Jane recently obtained a specialized training certification to teach yoga on the stand-up paddleboard .
