Vivian Dodge is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Vivian has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and obtained her yoga certification from Kula Yoga Shala (previously Transcend, LLC Yoga) and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She draws inspiration from multiple yoga disciplines including gentle yoga, vinyasa, yinyang fusion and brings the joy of self discovery to students. Classes are a blend of creative, eclectic hatha flow balancing asanas, pranayama and meditation to guide students to a deeper and stronger connection to their yoga practice. Class philosophy is one of organic flow promoting health and well being, acting with kindness toward one's self and accepting how you are in the present. A variety of postures, breathing techniques are explored to afford practitioners the ability to deepen both their understanding and experience the power contained within the body. All you need is a willing spirit and a joyful heart to experience inner peace.
